Small Enough To Coach Properly

Our scheduled classes and Group PT sessions are built around lower numbers, stronger coaching, and a better training experience. This is not about packing the room. It is about helping you get the best from the session.

Lower Numbers

We do not design classes to cram as many people in as possible. Lower numbers mean better coaching, better movement, and a better session.

Coach-Led Sessions

Every session has a purpose. You should know what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how to get more from it.

Room To Progress

The class environment supports progression, not just fatigue. The goal is to leave fitter, stronger, and more confident over time.

Scheduled Training With Direction

Each class format has a role. Some build strength, some build engine, some refine skill, and Group PT gives you more direct support.

45 Minutes. Zero Wasted.

Every group session is capped at 6 members. That keeps the room focused and gives the coach enough space to watch every rep, correct the details, and keep the session moving.

0-5 mins

Prep

You warm up specifically for the day instead of drifting into the session cold.

5-15 mins

Primer

The coach leads a targeted warm-up to activate the muscles and movement patterns needed for the session.

15-40 mins

Main Block

You work through the prescribed strength sets or conditioning intervals while the coach watches the details.

40-45 mins

De-load

A short cool-down or stretch helps start recovery before you leave the floor.

The Middle Ground Between Classes And 1:1
