Limited By Design
We cap membership so the gym never becomes anonymous. Fewer members means more attention, better standards, and a stronger training culture.
Grit membership is limited because the facility only works when the room stays focused. Our Liverpool base is designed for coached training, quality space, simple flow, and a community that helps you show up properly. Capacity is protected so members get the space, coaching, and environment they joined for.
Most gyms chase volume. More members, more sign-ups, more people on the books. Grit works differently. We keep the member count controlled because the experience depends on it. If the gym is too full, coaching suffers. Standards slip. The vibe changes. We are not prepared to trade that away.

You are not just buying access to equipment. You are joining a coached environment where the team can actually know who you are and what you are working toward.
When the space is focused, the people are bought in, and the coaching is present, training changes. The result is more consistency, better effort, and clearer progress.
The facility is not built to look busy. It is built to train well. The layout, equipment, coaching presence, and class flow all support the same goal: better sessions, better movement, better habits.
Built for people who want to train with intent: clear space, strong equipment, and sessions that feel focused from the moment you walk in.
The facility is set up so coaches can see what is happening, give useful feedback, and keep standards high without making training feel complicated.
The vibe is direct, friendly, and hard-working. People come here to get better, support each other, and leave the noise at the door.
We use Primal equipment because the training floor needs to feel strong, reliable, and ready for repeated hard use. Racks, benches, free weights, cable work, and conditioning tools are selected to support serious strength, hybrid sessions, and coached progress.
Grit is not a gym floor where you wander around guessing what to do. Membership gives you a structured, coached system. You turn up. We deliver. You improve. Nick and Edrine share your data and your file, so the week flows as one plan. Strength and conditioning do not compete for attention. They support each other, and they work for you.
Focused work to build raw strength, muscle, and joint integrity. The goal is not random effort. It is progressive training that gives your body a stronger base.
Intervals, sleds, aerobic protocols, and recovery-aware conditioning designed to build your work capacity without diluting the strength work.
Because we limit how many people can join, membership feels more personal, more focused, and more useful.
A controlled membership count helps protect the training floor, class experience, and overall pace of the gym.
When membership is limited, coaches can pay attention to who is in, who needs support, and who is ready to push.
The people around you matter. We keep the room full of members who want to work, learn, and move forward.
Membership connects the facility, app, BPH pathway, and coaching into one system designed to help you stay consistent.
Your membership is not just the hours you spend on the gym floor. It is the data that backs those hours up. The Grit Lab gives your training a feedback loop, so progress is reviewed instead of assumed.
Quarterly reassessments give you clear feedback instead of guesswork.
Scans and movement screens show whether the programme is moving you forward.
If the data improves, training progresses. If it stalls, the strategy changes.
Open Lab Hours give members a place to check in, review, and stay accountable.
Both memberships protect the same standard: small numbers, coached sessions, measurable progress, and a training environment that knows who you are.

We limit membership so that joining means something. The easiest way to understand the facility is to step inside, meet the team, and find out whether there is currently space.
