Returns Window
Items can usually be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the condition rules below. Some product types have restrictions for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Merchandise should be unworn, unused, and returned in a resaleable condition.
- Supplements must remain sealed and unopened unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty or damaged items should be reported promptly with your order details.
- Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method used at Creem checkout.
